"I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had with Ashley. This was my first time shopping for different auto insurance as I just turned 25. Ashley made the process so easy and quick. I made an inquiry for this specific agency because my fiancé is also through them as well, so they were able to accommodate to some discounts because we are in the same household etc. I have now been able to drop my monthly insurance from $329 with Geico to $149 with State Farm. "I have been with Mark Wilson State Farm since I moved to Tampa in 1988. I have never even considered changing Insurance. I have both (2)auto policies and my homeowner's insurance with St Farm. Mark and his team are so down to Earth and have always treated me with respect, understanding and patience. Always fair rates that are equal or lower than competing insurance companies. "If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional setting. I am in such a dire financial situation and this place is to blame. I was insured with statefarm and this agent previously by my policy lapsed because I fell on hard times(no work). My license was facing suspension due to not having insurance. The agent told me as long as I make a payment on the 18th my policy would be reinstated. I sold what I could, pawned what I could until I got the money up to make that payment. They happily took my payment. Couple days go by and I'm told it's processing call again next week. I get a hold of them today to find out that it was declined but they could use the money for a new quote. Okay no big deal.. I wait a few minutes and get a new call saying they can no longer cover me and will send the money back by check. Welp guess whose license will be suspended by then. So when I'm laid off, broke, kid having less food on the table, hope these guys are happy taking the blame. Do yourself a favor and avoid them"

Per our notes we had let you know we needed payment by the 17th. You called on the 18th and we let you know it was past the date but we would try to see if they would accept it which they did not since it was past the due date. We did our best to help you and am sorry you are going through this."
